The Model 21/60 is a trailer mounted drum winch designed for the lifting of personnel and materials/equipment. The winch drum is powered by a braked hydraulic motor, driven by a Lister 2 cylinder hydraulic pump set. A secondary drum mounted band brake is standard on the lifting and man-riding winch.
