Rotrex Diesel Hydraulic Power Units
This range of Rotrex hydraulic power units have a substantial base frame and are protected by a tubular crash frame suitable for onshore and offshore handling. Certified lifting points and dedicated lifting sling are provided as standard.
These power units comprise of a 12v battery key start diesel engine fitted with local shutdown facility. Hydraulic power is provided via a fixed displacement pump that is fed from a common hydraulic oil tank through a filtration system. Hydraulic oil temperature is regulated by air fan or water cooling options.
Overload protection is provided via an adjustable hydraulic pressure relief valve. Hydraulic oil flow can be regulated as an option.

Rotrex Zone II Diesel Hydraulic Power Units
This range of Rotrex hydraulic power units are Zone II certified and comply with British / European, ATEX and IEC standards.
The power units have a substantial base frame and are protected by a tubular crash frame suitable for onshore and offshore handling. Certified lifting points and dedicated lifting sling are provided as standard.
These power units comprise of a diesel engine fitted with a certified Zone II safety system providing local and remote emergency shutdown facilities. Hydraulic power is provided via either fixed or variable displacement pump options that are fed from a common hydraulic oil tank through a filtration system.
Hydraulic oil temperature is regulated by air fan or water cooling options.
Overload protection is provided via an adjustable hydraulic pressure relief valve. Hydraulic oil flow can be regulated as an option.

Rotrex Electro Hydraulic Power Units
This range of Rotrex hydraulic power units have a substantial base frame and are protected by a tubular crash frame suitable for onshore and offshore handling. Certified lifting points and dedicated lifting sling are provided as standard.
These power units comprise of an electric motor and switch gear enclosure. Rotrex can also offer twin electric motor power units for providing dual hydraulic circuits or to give 100% breakdown contingency. Hydraulic power is provided by a fixed displacement pump that is fed from a common hydraulic oil tank through a filtration system. Hydraulic oil temperature is regulated by air fan or water cooling options.
Overload protection is provided via an adjustable hydraulic pressure relief valve. Hydraulic oil flow can be regulated as an option.
