The model 36/4 is a Trailer Mounted Capstan type pulling winch, designed to meet the specifications of the telecommunication industry, for hauling through ducts and trenches.
The Capstan is powered via an auto fail-safe braked hydraulic motor, driven by a Lister 2 cylinder hydraulic pump set.
The Capstan 'pay-in' and 'pay-out' are controlled via a manually operated hydraulic control valve located on the control panel.
The capstan may be fitted with a large diameter fibre optic pulling head.
The trailer is fitted with kick down jack's and a rope deflection pulley mounted to the winch frame. The two wheeled trailer is road worthy and conforms to current EC regulations.
