You will have bi-weekly meetings with your line manager where you will be able to discuss your needs and progress and how we can best support you going forward.

Training & Development

We wouldn’t be the winching experts if it wasn’t for our highly knowledgeable team. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to know everything right away. From day 1 we will provide you with the training and skills you need to excel in your career. All employees are given a Personal Development Plan to track their skills and ensure they are reaching their potential.

We invest in our team and their continuous learning with a mix of in house technical product training, supplier led training, online courses and relevant professional accredited qualification.


We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. That wouldn’t be possible without our employees. Our employees are empowered to go above and beyond the needs of our customers.

We focus on recognising when a team member goes above and beyond through our reward and recognition programmes including annual appraisals and peer nominated ‘H.I.R.E. Awards’. Any member of staff has the ability to nominate another employee who they think has displayed our H.I.R.E. Values and each quarter 4 employees will be rewarded.
